In an attempt to save Inglewood Community Centre, Avery enlists a female basketball player, Shelby to help him win the coveted grand prize in a street ball tournament. He knows that it won’t be so simple and all this is realized when he is forced to come head on with some gangs and politicians to get what he wants.
