Milo is a 20-something year old woman who feels like her life is directionless and needs to find meaning. This feeling hits her the hardest after attending a baby shower. When she meets a gay man at a bar who has always had the desire to have kids of his own, she decides to be his surrogate. Through the pregnancy, she develops an attachment towards the man.
