Sandra is a single mother who manages to flee from an abusive relationship. She finds herself in a loop of temporary homes and decides to build a house for herself and her two daughters, from scratch. After being turned down repeatedly by potential investors, she comes across an affordable option and is given a piece of land by a lady she works for. She draws a lot of attention including that of her abusive ex who won’t let her go without a fight.
