Jamie returns to his hometown in search of answers about his wife’s murder, which occurred after Jamie received a strange package containing a ventriloquist dummy named Billy, which may be connected to the legend of ventriloquist Mary Shaw. Jamie travels to Raven’s Fair, where Shaw used to perform and is buried, in order to discover the truth. Jamie, on the other hand, is in for more than he bargained for.
